History of the corporate group:
1972 Franz Lammer, the dominant Austrian entrepreneur, established his transport company named Franz Lammer & Co Ltd. He took a great pride in that Bramac roof tiles were delivered to the first customers personally by himself, and these products were deposed from the vehicles with his own hands. Later came the technological progress in the form of modern self-loading trucks. His company became an exclusive carrier of Bramac in Austria for a long-time and performed logistic services for many other building material manufacturers as well.
1990 The company's Hungarian subsidiary was established, and named to Lamtrans. The first employee was György Peretsényi as an executive director.
1993 Lamtrans Ltd. bought the state-owned ÉPFU Ltd in Veszprém
1999 Establishment of a joint venture, named as Lamtrans-Sped Ltd. with the participation of Franz Lammer and György Peretsényi.
2001 Franz Lammer sold his part of their business, then the change of company's name was initiated. The new name was Persped Ltd. which is a 100% Hungarian family business.
2008 Subsidiaries of Persped Ltd. were established, creation of the corporate group.
